I've been using Tzanki since starting third year and so far I've only rotated through Ob Gyn. Used the deck + UWorld + UWise + NBME's and honored the shelf. After doing 30,000 cards as an M2 prepping for Step I, I swore to never devote that much time to Anki ever again. I opted for Tzanki because it had a few thousand less cards than Dorian.
